Cocktails, Desserts and Stories from Aboard

Caribbean classics, Aurelia Blue signatures and after-dinner desserts —
with original recipes, real stories and practical techniques from aboard.

Drinks aboard are often remembered for the view, but the best recipes also have a story.

Some began in hotel bars, some in New Orleans, London or the Caribbean, and others developed
slowly through regional variations.

In the Cockpit Bar, we keep the recognised original recipe clearly visible, explain what is
known about its history and add only the kind of variation that makes sense aboard Aurelia Blue.

That may be a local rum, tropical fruit, a lighter preparation or an alcohol-free alternative.
The collection now includes three distinct areas:

Caribbean Cocktail Classics, Aurelia Blue Signature Cocktails and Cockpit Bar Desserts.
